Vision Statement
Our vision is to be Durham Region's financial institution of choice by the year 2015.

Mission Statement
To be the primary source of financial products and services for our Members. To provide equitable returns to all segments of our membership through a democratic system characterized by:

The Auto Workers Community Credit Union is a full service, locally owned and controlled financial co-operative. It was founded in 1938, originally for auto workers and their families, and today has expanded its scope to include anyone living or working in the Durham Region.
We offer a full range of loan, deposit and investment options. At AWCCU each (RRSP/RRIF) plan is insured up to $100,000. We currently service over 18,000 members and that number is growing by the day.

We are guided by a democratically elected Board of Directors and all of our profits are used to further enhance our products and services or are returned to the Membership in the form of dividends or interest rebates. This distribution of profit returns value to the community in which we exist and serve.

Our highly skilled staff will be more than pleased to serve you. Our Board and Management are constantly looking for innovative ways to improve our products and services in order to better suit your individual needs.
