get started
The first time you call AUTORESPONSE, you will be asked
for your account number followed by the # sign. Then
you will be asked for your 4-digit personal access code
followed by the # sign. The access code will be assigned
to you by AWCCU for your first entry into the telephone
banking system. Once in the system, key in #5 on the
Main Menu and change your security number to one of
your choice. Do not use your birth date, address or
any number relating to you. The Security Code you key
in will be known only to you. This is the number you
will be required to remember each time you call and
access the Personal Banking Services.
